ABOUT THE STROLL
The Chihuahuas of Oakville Saturday Stroll is a joyful weekly gathering of chihuahuas (and their humans!) in downtown Oakville. We meet every Saturday morning to stroll through town, spread smiles, and celebrate these tiny dogs with big personalities.
We meet in the town square by the clock at 11am and begin strollin' at 11:05 - See you then!
There will be treats for all and a prize for a lucky Chihuahua at the end of the stroll.
A suggested donation of $2 is requested - 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Humane Society of Oakville Milton and Halton
WHEN & WHERE
📍 Location: Oakville Town Square
🕚 Time: Saturdays at 11:00 AM
Weather permitting, we stroll through downtown. On colder days, we may shorten the walk or head somewhere cozy nearby.
WHY WE FUNDRAISE
The Chihuahuas of Oakville Saturday Stroll began as a way to find joy and connection after loss, and it quickly grew into something much bigger. What started as a simple walk became a community — one filled with kindness, laughter, and tiny dogs bringing smiles to everyone they meet.
Fundraising became a natural extension of the Stroll. Our Chihuahuas ( and one handsome Scottish Terrier ) help shine a light on animals who are still waiting for their forever homes, and every step we take together helps support the care, shelter, and second chances provided by the Humane Society of Oakville Milton and Halton
